This impeccable vintage Timex dress watch from 1971 is in stunning condition - it looks like a new watch. This is a 'mid-sized' watch, bigger than a traditional "ladies" watch but still small by today's standard at only 31 mm across excluding the winding crown and a 16 mm lug width. The equivalent "gents" models of this age typically measure 33 mm across.
This watch is equipped with the Timex 25 movement which is manual and has a date aperture. It beats 18,000 times per hour and gains about one minute a day. It winds and sets like a charm.
The watch comes fitted on a new aftermarket black strap with a matching gold coloured buckle.
This is a vintage watch and while it has passed our testing, it must be taken into account that it is a vintage watch priced for the mid market and its performance is not to be compared to modern quartz watches.
This watch comes in a zipped, padded travel case and a certificate of authenticity from Arlington watches.
