Omega Genève 9ct Solid Gold
£ 0.00 GBP
The serial number of the movement tells us this watch was manufactured in 1972. Two years later, as per the inscription on the case back, this watch was presented to Jimmy Turner, after 34 years of loyal service at A.&R. Brownlie Limited.
Mr Turner probably only wore this very elegant gold watch on special occasions because the original leather strap is still there, and in not too bad condition for its age! You can tell this watch has been looked after well – it is in very good overall condition.
The 9ct solid gold case can only be opened from the front and has the Omega logo, hall marks and goldsmiths initials on the inside of the case back.
The original dial has a nice texture and the applied golden markers and omega logo as well as the hand set reflect light beautifully.
The calibre 613 manual movement is clean and the watch winds, sets and keeps time well.
This watch comes with a high-quality zipped and padded travel case from Beco-Technic and a certificate of authenticity from Arlington Watches.
