This vintage Omega Seamaster 30 dating to 1963 is in fantastic condition for its age and it comes in its original Omega clam shell box which is still in one piece but obviously worn after over 50 years! The lid is hanging loose but it is a nice document of time and it is very rare that watches of this age still have their original box.
The silver dial is impeccable and so is the silver dauphine hands, the applied baton markers and the applied Omega logo. The crystal is a beautifully doomed acrylic which is scratch free and gives a real nice vintage feel to this elegant timepiece.
The screw-down case back has the Seamaster monster engraved but what we love the most about this watch is the lugs. They have lots of angles and surfaces, once you notice their shape you can't stop liking them!
The 286 movement inside is manual and has 17 jewels and a power reserv of approximately 30 hours.
This watch is over 50 years old and while it has passed our testing and does keep time and has a good power reserve, it must be taken into account that it is a vintage watch and its accuracy is not to be compared to modern quartz watches.
This watch is fitted on original Omega black leather strap with the original Omega signed stainless steel buckle. It comes in its original box, certificate of authenticity and one year warranty from Arlington watches.
