This stylish Omega is very wearable for any occasion and very comfortable on its original Omega stainless steel bracelet. The self-winding 1012 movement runs strong and it is a pleasure to wind and set. The movement hacks (the second hand stops when setting the watch) and there is a quick-set feature for the date.
The silver dial is impeccable and soare the silver hour markers and the hands. The hour and minute hands are decorated with areas of black and aged luminescence which gives a nice vintage feel to this otherwise fresh piece.
The case with brushed sides and the bracelet don't look polished and both are in very good condition but have signs of wear with minor scratches from normal use.
The crystal is virtually scratch-free but on close inspection you can see one very small ding at the edge close to 6 o' clock and a small scuff to the edge at 12 o/clock.
This watch is over 40 years old and while it has passed our testing and does keep time and has a good power reserve, it must be taken into account that it is a vintage watch and its accuracy is not to be compared to modern quartz watches.
This watch comes in its original Omega presentation box, certificate of authenticity and one year warranty from Arlington Watches.
