Breitling Geneve

Regular price £ 0.00 GBP Sale

This elegant and very clean Breitling dress watch which dates to circa 1957 has an ivory dial with thick applied gold baton hour indices and a sub second hand.

The chrome plated case show some wear but is in surprisingly good condition after 60 years and so is the stainless steel case back, which is signed Breitling and has the reference number 1356.

The movement is signed Breitling and is a 17 jewel Anton Schild manual movement which beats at 18,000 A/h and gains approx. 15 seconds per day.

It comes fitted on a new black crocodile embossed genuine leather strap.

This watch is over 60 years old and while it has passed our testing and does keep time and has a good power reserve, it must be taken into account that it is a vintage watch and its performance is not to be compared to modern quartz watches.

This watch comes in a high quality black zipped and padded travel case from our German supplier Beco-Technic. It also comes with a certificate of authenticity from Arlington watches.
